Ecolab is inviting applications for the position of Associate Control & Compliance Analyst to support its local finance team in Pune. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding operations, conducting compliance checks, and ensuring smooth business processes with risk-free operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Conduct periodic controls review and analysis to ensure audit readiness

📄 Maintain up-to-date documentation (SOPs/DTPs) for business processes

🚨 Raise fraud/risk awareness among teams through compliance sessions

⚠️ Manage incident handling and recommend process improvements

🧾 Monitor SOD (Segregation of Duties) to prevent misuse or errors

🔧 Use FMEA techniques to identify weak links and enhance process control

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2–4 years of experience in finance, controls, or auditing

Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office tools

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Power BI (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

CPA / Certified Internal Auditor (advantage)

Experience with SOX testing, risk assessments

Analytical mindset with logical reasoning

Knowledge of statistical tools for process evaluation
