The selected candidate will play a critical role in analyzing patient data from multiple sources, identifying trends and risks, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and enhancing trial optimization strategies.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and conduct subject data assessments across studies
✔ Collaborate with study teams to identify trends, risks, and optimization areas
✔ Provide concise and clear updates based on patient data review
✔ Manage data using advanced Excel and internal clinical systems
✔ Contribute to discussions on best practices, tools, and analytics approaches
✔ Monitor patient-related activities based on the trial protocol and schedule of events
✔ Lead meetings and address escalations related to tracking systems or data quality

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Education:

Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, Biostatistics, Programming, or related fields


✅ Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

6 months to 1 year in clinical research or clinical data-related work

Experience in process improvement or development

Exposure to data analysis, process audits, or trial optimization


✅ Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with complex databases

Strong attention to detail

Effective communication and documentation skills

Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering under pressure

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
