This role is an integral part of the Baxter Quality Team, ensuring safety and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The Associate IPQA will collaborate across various departments to uphold product integrity, compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packaging

Review batch manufacturing records and ensure GMP compliance

Communicate quality observations promptly and effectively

Maintain quality documentation and SOPs in accordance with standards

Actively participate in internal audits and inspections

✅ Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical quality assurance role, preferably IPQA

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing standards

Effective communication and documentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a regulated environment
