🧾 Job Overview:

This role will be responsible for in-process quality assurance activities during the packaging and visual inspection processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity standards. The candidate will also contribute to documentation, sample collection, investigations, and audit-related tasks.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

Execute IPQA activities as assigned by shift lead or supervisor

Perform line clearance, in-process checks, AQL testing, and packaging record documentation

Conduct challenge tests and verify sample destruction

Ensure compliance of logbooks, records, and GDP standards

Collect and document stability, retain, and process samples

Review and manage user access, audit trails, and stagewise BPR

Support CPV, change control management, and shift handovers

Participate in risk assessments, investigations, and impact evaluations in MAXIMO

Ensure visual inspection qualifications are maintained and documented

Timely escalation of non-conformities to supervisor and implementation of CAPAs

✅ Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Degree in Pharmacy / Life Sciences

Experience: 2–6 years in IPQA/Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Key Skills:

Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, AQL, and visual inspection

Proficiency in documentation and electronic record keeping

Exposure to quality audits, investigations, and change controls

Good communication and coordination skills

Experience using tools like MAXIMO and PCR systems is a plus
