Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Global Private Banking Team in Bangalore. This role will focus on performance management, data modeling, and global governance coordination to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide oversight on performance management across centers
✔ Support global strategic and automation initiatives
✔ Organize monthly governance forums, town halls & leadership events
✔ Create reports and models using large, complex datasets
✔ Engage with stakeholders and senior leadership teams
✔ Investigate data issues and ensure accurate reporting
✔ Collaborate on processes that support regulatory and business goals

Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Any graduate; understanding of financial reporting required
✅ Experience:
– Moderate-level knowledge of investment, banking, credit, and insurance products
– Background in operational, trading, or business knowledge is preferred
✅ Skills Required:
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and manage global projects
