✔ Collaborate with product managers to gather and define business requirements

✔ Translate business needs into user stories and technical documentation

✔ Liaise with development teams throughout the Agile lifecycle

✔ Conduct market, financial, and operational research to support strategic planning

✔ Create workflow diagrams, specs, and wireframes

✅ Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

🗂️ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

🛒 Strong understanding of digital commerce (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)

📊 Skilled in Microsoft Office, Mural, AHA, JIRA

🧠 Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

📄 Ability to create detailed user stories, use cases, and wireframes

🗣️ Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills
