📝 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead Phase 1 clinical research studies
Develop and implement clinical research protocols in compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and regulatory standards
Act as a liaison among principal investigators, research subjects, clinic ops teams, and clients
Manage project logistics including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Track project progress and align study milestones with client deliverables and timelines
Generate and present regular updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders
Support junior professionals and foster team collaboration
Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
Maintain thorough documentation for all aspects of the study

📚 Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial management
Strong knowledge of clinical research protocols and global regulatory standards
Proficiency in clinical trial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Certification like CCRP is preferred
