Google Operations Center is hiring a Compliance Senior Specialist to join their Global Ethics and Compliance team. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs aimed at identifying and mitigating risk while promoting ethical practices across the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Communicate and resolve queries on Ethics & Compliance policies.

Conduct training and awareness programs.

Investigate potential compliance issues and document findings.

Support compliance due diligence and risk assessments.

Create monthly communications and newsletters.

Prepare reports on compliance metrics and training progress.

Maintain accurate compliance records.

Drive automation for reporting and analytics.

Identify and document organization-specific risks.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

6+ years of total experience, with 3–4 years in compliance/audit.

Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Ethics & Compliance certification (preferred).

Experience in BPO/captive services and investigative work (preferred).

Proficiency in data organization, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
