🔍 Position Overview

Third Bridge is hiring a Content Associate (Compliance – US Hours) to join their Compliance Team remotely from India. The role focuses on ensuring compliance in publishing expert interview transcripts, working closely with analysts, and supporting internal processes.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Review interview subject matters and transcripts for compliance issues

Identify and flag confidential or inappropriate content

Liaise with analysts to finalize content for publication

Handle compliance queries from internal teams and clients

Deliver compliance training to new and existing employees

Work on ad hoc compliance projects as directed

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)

2–3 years of relevant experience within compliance

Experience in financial services compliance is preferred


Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Strong attention to detail and proofreading

Familiarity with financial concepts and compliance frameworks

Ability to work independently across global teams
