💼 Job Overview:

As a Junior Associate – Pharma, you will play a key role in supporting knowledge management and research activities within the pharma domain. This is a great opportunity for graduates with up to 18 months of relevant experience to join a dynamic team at the forefront of healthcare consulting.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research for templatized, structured workstreams (e.g., asset profiles, therapy overviews, conference tracking, etc.)

Update and maintain internal repositories, tools, and guides

Support account planning by assessing firm knowledge requirements

Build collaborative relationships across internal teams

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in B. Pharma, BBA, or B.Com with strong academic performance

12–18 months of relevant post-graduation experience

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exposure to tools like Power BI, Perplexity, ChatGPT is a plus

Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, global work environment
