About the Team:

The India Country Office (ICO) business team plays a vital role in shaping and supporting the Foundation’s country strategy. It ensures strategic alignment, efficient project execution, and dynamic learning for impactful outcomes. The team supports planning, performance tracking, and collaboration both internally and with external stakeholders.

Role Overview:

As Program Coordinator (PC), you will oversee a variety of administrative, financial, and coordination tasks throughout the lifecycle of grants and contracts. You will act as a key liaison for both internal teams and external partners, supporting programmatic strategic goals through financial analysis, documentation, process improvement, and data management.

📌 Reporting To: Senior Program Manager, Strategy, Planning and Management
📍 Location: Based in New Delhi Office (ICO)

Key Responsibilities:

📁 Project & Investment Management

End-to-end coordination of investment-making processes

Oversight of reports, deliverables, and budget tracking

Systematic management of timelines and grant milestones


📊 Financial Planning & Data Analysis

Maintain accurate data in internal systems and SharePoint

Provide financial insights to aid strategic decision-making

Ensure updated records for investment pipelines


🧩 Strategy & Operations Support

Contribute to strategic reviews and planning sessions

Support process improvement and team onboarding

Assist in team learning initiatives and cross-program collaborations


📂 Stakeholder Collaboration

Liaise with grantees and vendors throughout the investment lifecycle

Engage in multi-departmental projects (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)

Act as subject matter expert for internal systems and investment procedures

Who Can Apply?

✅ Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or IT


✅ Experience Required:

At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a fast-paced organizational role

Background in project management, financial planning, or consulting preferred

Essential Skills:

Strong organizational and detail-orientation

Budgeting and financial analysis

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and investment systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Flexible, adaptable, and quick learner


📈 Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
