🎯 Job Role: Executive Projects (NPD)

🕒 Experience: 0–2 Years
📌 Base Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Support coordination and follow-ups with cross-functional teams to ensure timely new product launches and existing product changes.

Track project timelines and provide weekly visibility updates.

Manage translations for leaflets in French/Portuguese.

Track product dispatches and communicate updates to relevant markets.

Assist in creating project MIS reports.

Coordinate with various departments for smooth NPD execution.

🛠️ Administrative Responsibilities:

Prepare SAT (Shalina Artwork Text) documents and manage FG code creation.

Coordinate with art and packaging teams for artwork development.

Liaise with the Supply Chain team for PO release and dispatch tracking.

Assist QA with change control forms (CCF), including submission and follow-up.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related fields.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant project coordination/NPD experience can apply.

Strong communication and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills are preferred.
