OPEN Health is hiring Research Analysts to join their Strategic Market Access team, focusing on Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) and evidence-generation to support global healthcare clients.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct systematic/targeted literature reviews (SLRs)

• Design search protocols, extract & analyze data

• Summarize findings in reports/slides

• Support HTA submissions and publications

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders


🎓 Eligibility & Preferred Skills:

• Master’s in Public Health, Health Economics, Health Services, or similar

• Prior experience with literature reviews & PRISMA/Cochrane guidelines

• Good grasp of payer archetypes, HTA, and HEOR concepts

• Experience with reference tools (e.g., EndNote)

• Excellent communication & critical thinking

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams


🌍 Travel: Potential global travel – ~10%

🧠 Experience in publishing posters/manuscripts is a plus!
