Job Role: Senior Analyst – India


---

Key Responsibilities

Address critical strategic questions for biopharmaceutical clients.

Apply hypothesis-based problem-solving across diverse project types.

Create templated deliverables to support broader project outcomes.

Lead straightforward projects or workstreams with moderate oversight.

Develop and utilize analytical tools (e.g., forecast models) to guide decisions.

Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients.

Requirements

Minimum 18 months of experience in life sciences consulting.

Undergraduate or Master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent.

Experience in consulting through internships, projects, or workstreams.

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

Excellent analytical, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Model

Hybrid Work: 100% in-office during onboarding & training, followed by 50% in-office hybrid setup.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
