💼 Job Overview

The Senior Associate – UK L2 Compliance will be responsible for supporting risk management and compliance frameworks through effective documentation, reporting, and risk-based decision support. The role also includes designing reports, dashboards, and coordinating regulatory research that influences leadership decisions.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Gather, compile, and validate documentation from business units for compliance processes

Design dashboards and reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint

Conduct external risk research and prepare briefings for UKI leadership

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for risk assessments, compliance reviews, and tech-based solution support (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint)

Support process development for Supplier Due Diligence (SDD)

Ensure data integrity, review submissions, and apply risk judgment to real-world compliance cases

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ Graduate in any discipline

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant compliance/risk management role

✅ Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, and Automate

✅ Excellent verbal and written English skills

✅ Prior exposure to international client interaction

✅ Experience in creating presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership

Knowledge of ISQM 1 control testing

Background in Vendor/Supplier Due Diligence

Familiarity with compliance and research processes

Problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments
