The Senior Manager will lead Test Engineering Characterization teams across sites, focusing on the development, implementation, and execution of characterization test programs for various Automotive Microcontroller Products. This role requires a strategic leader with technical expertise in post-silicon engineering and team management.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Lead Test Engineering teams across multiple global sites
Align with cross-functional teams on Post-Silicon methodology
Optimize characterization concepts, test programs, and hardware
Drive cost reduction initiatives and quality improvements
Ensure ATE capabilities are in line with upcoming product roadmaps
Oversee timely execution of Characterization Test Programs to meet project milestones
Build and manage high-performing teams
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

✅ Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in post-silicon engineering (validation, characterization, test engineering)
Strong exposure to analog/mixed-signal domains
3+ years of experience in leading and managing technical teams
Experience managing cross-site projects is preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
