About the Role

Google is seeking a Solution Specialist – Video and Media Sales to join its Large Customer Sales (LCS) team. In this role, you will lead efforts in helping advertisers and agencies grow their brand through video advertising – particularly YouTube. You'll serve as a trusted video SME (Subject Matter Expert), helping clients translate their goals into measurable business success using Google's video solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and advocate Google’s video advertising products across India’s advertising ecosystem

Act as a strategic partner to key brands and agencies to boost video adoption

Design and implement scalable trading structures and impactful research initiatives

Manage video sales goals and business pipelines to drive consistent growth

Solve key barriers to video adoption and consumption in India’s dynamic market

Provide internal enablement and external coaching around Google video product capabilities

Build partnerships with media agencies, press, government, and internal teams

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles

Experience with digital organizations and stakeholder engagement

Strong understanding of product adoption and customer strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing customer relationships and driving video strategy

Ability to influence internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Strong client servicing, communication, and presentation skills

Expertise in connecting advertiser goals with digital solutions
