🔍 Job Overview

We are hiring for the position of Sr. Executive – Pharmacovigilance to be based in Mumbai. The role is suitable for candidates with a solid understanding of pharmacovigilance operations, regulatory requirements, and case management practices. Freshers who are keen to begin a career in PV may also apply.

📋 Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-End Case Management

Perform ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) processing, including:

Case intake, follow-ups, and data entry into safety databases

Timely submissions to regulatory authorities


Conduct literature screening for identifying potential safety signals

Draft aggregate safety reports like:

PADERs (Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports)

PBRERs (Periodic Benefit-Risk Evaluation Reports)

PSURs (Periodic Safety Update Reports)



✅ Regulatory Compliance & Reporting

Manage mailbox reconciliation and compliance tracking

Assist in preparing reports for QPPV (Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance)

Participate in audits and inspections as needed


✅ Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with internal departments such as:

Regulatory Affairs

Quality Assurance

Supply Chain


Communicate effectively with external vendors and respond to regulatory queries

🧑‍💼 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Preferred Experience: 2–4 years in Pharmacovigilance (Freshers can also apply)

Essential Skills:

Familiarity with GVP, ICH-GCP guidelines

Hands-on experience with safety databases is an added advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
